These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website shoplynic.com (the "Site") and the physiotherapy services ("Services") provided by MotionPath Physiotherapy ("MotionPath," "we," "our," "us") at Unit 2B, Greenbelt Mansion, 127 Legazpi Street, Legazpi Village, Makati City. By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, or receiving physiotherapy services from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian), that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book services.
MotionPath provides outpatient physiotherapy services, including but not limited to assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, post-surgical rehabilitation, modality-based treatment (shockwave, TECAR, ultrasound), dry needling where clinically indicated, and home-visit physiotherapy within Metro Manila. All clinical services are delivered by licensed physical therapists registered with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). The scope and content of individual treatments are determined by your attending therapist based on your clinical assessment.
Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, or text once your booking has been processed. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₱500 or be deducted as one session from your active package. A no-show to a scheduled appointment will be charged as a full session. For home visits, we require 48 hours' notice due to travel scheduling. We understand emergencies happen — please let us know as early as possible and we'll work with you.
Payment for services is due on or before the date of each session. We accept cash, GCash, Maya, BDO InstaPay, and all major credit and debit cards. Session packages (Starter Care, Recovery Plus, Elite Rehab) must be paid in full upon first use; packages are non-transferable and valid only for the package holder. Packages have clearly stated validity periods (60, 90, or 120 days) and sessions not used within that window will expire. HMO-covered sessions are billed directly to your insurer where possible; any co-pay, excess, or disallowed charges remain your responsibility. Refund requests for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase and are subject to an administrative deduction.

Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or incorporation into other works — requires our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, MotionPath Physiotherapy, its directors, therapists, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any matter relating to the professional practice of physiotherapy is additionally governed by the rules of the Professional Regulation Commission and the Philippine Physical Therapy Association.
We hope you never have cause to complain, but if a dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct, good-faith discussion. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation under the Philippine Mediation Center. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Makati City, Philippines, to whose jurisdiction the parties hereby submit.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
